As a graduate student in the UT Dallas MS in Finance program, I developed the analytical and technical skillset required of today’s financial and investment analysts.

My biggest takeaway from the MSF program is my improved knowledge of statistical and quantitative methods and their applications to solving business and financial problems.

An Extensive Academic Community

The MSF program is led by esteemed and dedicated faculty who work to deliver an enriching and current educational experience. The programming workshops and guest speakers from large companies delivered valuable insight into what employers are looking for in analysts.

My Advice for Incoming Students

My recommendation and advice for incoming students and prospective candidates is to learn advanced methods and techniques to conduct quality and intelligent financial analysis and explore new programming software you haven’t used before. You get what you put into it, and if you put in the hours, you’ll have an amazing graduate experience.”
