Graduation Year: 2018

After completing my military service, moving in to a new state, and transitioning from a Marine Corps lifestyle to a university student, I was careful to choose a university program that would best equip me for the rapidly-changing business environment within the real estate industry. I decided The Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas Real Estate program was uniquely positioned to provide a solid foundation for a top career in this industry.

During my two-year experience pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Finance, I encountered a rigorous academic university program, a collaborative and diverse group of students, and highly qualified, passionate, professors and staff. The foundation for a cohesive and supportive university was felt campus wide. Involvement in Student led organizations, such as the Real Estate Club, made peer-to-peer and peer-to-industry professional collaboration possible. Through these experiences and other resources available to UTD students, I believe to have made the right decision.

Coming in as a transfer from The University of Texas at Austin during my sophomore year, it was rather discouraging, at first.
